TP-01 TRAY PACKER

Each of the TP-01 series is a fully automatic, low-speed tray pack cartoner designed to wrap multi-pack products.

Designed for low-speed, the TP-01 tray packer uses a basic pulling unit to feed the cartons with the flow of the machine.

With a magazine that can handle up to 250 cartons, it accommodates fast carton size changes (within 10-15 minutes).

The machine is fully AC motor controlled, and its feeding can be modified for any product or design, according to the production flow and pattern.

TP-01 tray packer is simple, economical and easy to clean, with all parts easily accessible.
